Hello there everyone. First of all, I don’t know if the bank name is spelled correctly, but right now, I don’t care as I am so pissed off at them it isn’t even funny. Now before I continue, I know that I make mistakes. Lord knows I do. This time, however, I am not at fault, and I can prove it too. I even admit that part of the reason I am in the whole is partially my fault, but again, had I seen the correct information, I wouldn’t have purchased smokes, wich would have made me go in the whole werse. well, let me try this again.
Anyway. let me show you guyd this. The following is part of my transaction history for this month. I want you guys to see that my bank was the whole start of why I went in the whole this month. Remember it being a banks history you need to read it backwards, but I am sure you will figure it out.. so here you go.

So as you can see, the first NSF fee that accured on December 11, was what started me in the whole. What I want to know is how in the sam hell can they charge you 34.97 NSF fee when you still have money in the damned account in the first place? Lets do the math here though. ok, so when they charged me the stupid NSF fee, I stil had 109 and change. then they charged me it, and that took me down to 74 and change. I then got a credit back from weather bug for the 14.95 I spent there. taking me back up to 80 and change. Now the cable bill goes threw for 110 and puts me 20 in the whole. Lets stop right there. now, if they wouldn’t have charged me that damned NSF fee, my internet bill, meaning my cable bil wouldn’t have put me in the whole in the first place. I would have had 10 dollars left after paying the internet bill. Then yes, when I went to get the smokes, that put me or I should say would have put me in the whole by 7 dollars and change. however here is some info you guys don’t have yet.
Back in July, I took out a “fresh start” loan threw my bank. While you are paying this off, you don’t have over draft pertection. This means that if you have 10 dollars in your account, and you attempt to purchase something for 17 dollars, it won’t go threw. well, here is the catch you guys. I am still paying that loan off, and will be until february. meaning that february is my last payment.
so now that you have all the facts. I still want to know how they can charge me an NSF fee when I still had money in the account. Oh and here is the kicker you guys. I did call them this morning. and they say “well it isn’t a bank error, so we are not correcting it” so ask you. after readding this? call this bank. there phone number is

and let them know what you think of how they treat there customers. I know you are thinking why should I do this. well? think about it. if they hear from other people how they treated someone, maybe just maybe they will see they were in the wrong. Also, point them to this site, I don’t care. what I do know is that thanks to them, I am going to be hurting for money next month. oh. you want yet another reason to be mad at them?
because of all of this? for the next 15 days, minus the weekends, and holidays, I am going to get nailed 2.50 a day for being in the whole in the first place!
